Before you subscribe — how the billing works. Watch, Defend and Managed are automatic-renewal subscriptions. Your 14-day free trial is free, and you are not charged during it. Unless you cancel before it ends, the trial turns into a paid plan and your card is charged the price shown — $25, $50 or $100 per month, or $225, $450 or $900 per year — then charged again automatically at the start of every period after that, at the same rate, until you cancel. You can cancel in a few clicks from your dashboard, any time, without emailing or calling us, and cancelling stops all future charges. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.

Common questions

Do you need my passwords or login access?

No — never. All monitoring is done externally using your public usernames and email addresses. We don’t need, ask for, or store any login credentials.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Nothing is charged for 14 days, and cancelling before the trial ends costs nothing. You get full monitoring from day one; takedown filing begins once your first month bills. Need fakes gone sooner? The one-time $179 removal starts within 1 to 2 business days.

What if I need more takedowns than my plan includes?

You are never charged automatically. If we find another fake after you’ve used your month’s filings (3 on Defend, 10 on Managed), we email you and you choose: hold it until your month resets, which costs nothing and is also what happens if you do nothing, or pay $39 and we file it straight away. On Defend you can move up to Managed instead and get 10 filings a month from then on.

Which social platforms do you monitor?

All three plans cover Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Watch scans weekly; Defend and Managed scan daily.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel from your account dashboard at any time — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

What if you can’t get an account taken down?

Then you don’t pay for it. Any confirmed fake that isn’t verified down within 30 days gets its share of your fee refunded — file on 5, 4 come down, 1/5 back; none come down, full refund. Or we’ll keep working the stragglers at no extra charge. An account that stops impersonating you counts as down too — impersonators often strip a profile bare once a report lands. When that happens we keep the username under watch for 60 days and re-file free if it comes back. Full details in our refund policy.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, the same PCI-certified payment processor used by Amazon and Shopify. Your card details go directly to Stripe — they never touch our servers, and we never see or store them.
